Digitizing With Love — Digital Embroidery Products

1. Digital Products

Digitizing With Love sells downloadable digital embroidery products, including ESA embroidery fonts, BX embroidery fonts, machine embroidery designs and other digital embroidery files.

All products are digital. No physical items are shipped.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available for download after successful payment.

Customers receive access to their purchased files through download links provided after checkout or in their digital delivery notifications.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and normally delivered immediately, we generally do not offer discretionary refunds for change-of-mind purchases after delivery or access, except where required by applicable law.

If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Embroidery Font Exchanges

Purchased the wrong embroidery font?

We understand that mistakes happen.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong embroidery font or encounter a compatibility issue, please contact us. We may offer an exchange for another embroidery font, subject to review of your request.

Our voluntary exchange policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Software Compatibility

ESA embroidery fonts require compatible embroidery digitizing software, including Hatch Embroidery 3+ or Wilcom EmbroideryStudio e4.5.6+.

BX embroidery fonts require compatible Embrilliance software.

Machine embroidery designs are supplied in the formats specified in their product descriptions.

Please verify compatibility with your embroidery software or machine before purchasing.

6. Consumer Rights

Applicable consumer protection laws may provide additional cancellation, refund or digital-content conformity rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, any exception for immediately supplied digital content is subject to the consent, acknowledgement and other requirements of the applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
